For the 2003 version of the Role Party we have teamed up with the people of Anubis and are organising Primary Star from august 8th till 10th in Reusel (The Netherlands)

A small reminder for those that want to mail in their contributions for the competitions... The deadline is coming closer ! If you want to be sure that we can show your entry we must received it before 19:00 on july 31st. If you want to make a bet you can mail it before 7am on the 2nd of august but then you can no longer be sure that we will be able to show it at the party. Thanks go out to those who already have mailed in their competition entries. If you want to send in an entry you can do so by mailing it to franky@role64.com - preferably in .d64

We have heard from the owners of "De Paro" (the party location) that they have been getting questions from people about the party.. These people don't know much about the organization so if you have a question use the ways as they are listed on the contact page. Thankx !

Small note in dutch...
Snel bericht voor degenen die deze site ontdekken via de vermelding in Het Belang Van Limburg (waarvoor onze volle 8 bits aan dank !) omdat de vraag al een paar keer is binnengekomen... Iedereen is welkom, of je een C64 meebrengt of niet of er nog eentje gebruikt.. Je moet ook niet aan de competities meedoen - maar het mag natuurlijk.. Hoe meer volk hoe beter de sfeer dus hou je niet tegen om langs te komen !

Today the belgian newspaper Het Belang Van Limburg published a story about 20 years of C64... And mentioned the Role Party.. Very Very Sweet ! Thankx :) We'll try to scan the article and translate it into english as soon as possible...

Small extra compo info... When you send in an entry by (e)mail but are unable to attend the party and you win a prize in the competitions, we'll send whatever the prize is to you free of charge using an express courier... All we need is a daytime address.

Added a bit of bus information that will get you from the Genk trainstation to the party place. Also some people were unclear about the starting hour of the party.. that's added also.

The Party Intro was released at Mekka/Symposium 2002 in the 4K competition, you can download it from the releases page. Also created a "How To Get There" page with the instructions on driving to the party place.
