Don't make any trouble and dont damage anything. Troublemakers will be handed over to the police. Leave your big stereo systems, refridgerators, waffle irons and other power hungry equipment at home. Stick to the dutch drugs regulations (weed = ok, the rest isn't). The organizers have the right to prevent anyone from entering the party place should they decide to do so.
